I'm not wasting my time with it. I'll probably be playing Crysis 2, Binary Domain or Vanquish instead. And I still need to beat Clash Of The Titans & Destroy All Humans Path Of The Furon. And I also got a copy of Ratchet & Clank for the PS3 that I haven't even played yet. Then at the end of the month I'm going to pick up a copy of Batman Arkham City game of the year edition. And I also want Dragon's Dogma.

So you see, I don't have time to waste doing the same boring crap over & over again in Mass Effect MP.

naw, it's not too much...people ask for a challenge, and bw is providing it....also, i dont think bw would set a goal that wasnt attainable.....if you worried about gold with reapers, just pick bronze/silver, and go to war....every lil bit helps, you dont have to do this on gold....

also, the same way bw made less brutes appear, they can make more banshees appear to make the goal acheivable...

First off, I think that they should change the victory pack to include 2 N7 weapons (or even 2 ultra-rares, but N7 would be preffered) since these community goals may be a stretch to complete.

Now, my original math I estimated around 20 banshees per gold match, but I now think that is more like 40 now. Usually 4 on wave 3, another 4 on wave 5, about 6 at waves 7 and 8, then about 8 at waves 9 and 10. So before extraction that's about 36. For the sake of the math I'm going to round that down to 30 (perhaps to make up for possibly not fully getting these numbers due to the spawn programming). So 30 per Gold Match, would equal out to the community needing to finish 100,000 Gold Reaper matches to make the goal. If there are still 100K people playing, that would be 25K squads. Each person would need to play through 4 Reaper Gold Rounds to make the goal. I think it's doable.

As far as best spot to shoot banshees, there was a topic here on that a few days ago. One of the users discovered that the best spot to shoot a banshee is in the boob. Even a Bioware employee came on and said that the soft spot for the banshee is supposed to be the stomach. So don't go for their heads, there is even a hint during the loading screens that says not every opponents weak point is the head.

Finally, Reapers are not that bad when you have biotics. Biotics rip them to pieces. If you make a group of 2 Justicars and 2 normal asari adepts and pair them up and find a good spot to hold ground it won't be that bad. You'll kill most of them while they are a ways out and only have to worry about things getting close once the Banshees arrive. Another good combo is to replace one of the Justicars with a Iniltrator and you'll have someone who can go around capping the objectives quickly while the asari's take things out. Heck, I've done it with just 2 Asari teaming up (it's a bit more work, but still doable)

Here's an idea: Let's not even try to get those Banshees. Why buy into their stupid Marketing cr@p? Gold farm for the Commendation Pack, sure, but why kill ourselves for a free Jumbo Equipment Pack? Why waste our resources? I certainly don't plan on killing any Banshees this weekend, not with the way they've been handling the Store and the single-player game. I've grinded through so many hours of gameplay just to get redundant thermal clips that don't even add to my total, redundant character cards for my maxed characters, that I simply don't feel any inducement to get caught up in their lackadaisical hype.

Yeah, they sure do know how to sell these things. I didn't manage to get through a Gold extraction, so all I for my effort was this lousy equipment pack that left me utterly unimpressed.

There is easily 10 banshees, but yeah. theres way less of them than phantoms. plus you need more effort, and in some cases if you dont want a wipe, kill those 4 banshees(or more) with a rocket, which also hampers down the efforts worth to kill them. 2 mill i think would be doable. 3 mill... thats pushing it.

Wow, ignorant much? widow has built in AP, valiant doesnt. gues what that means. It means you get more flexibility with a black widow, and Gues what? thats you see snipers with widow or black widow rather than valiant. Hell there isnt even a single friend i got who uses that ****.

If anything Valiant needs a buff. not worth the N7 insignia(nor is eagle :S)
