I have an issue I typed in my PC cdkey for dragon age orgin toolset and its saying my code is not valid for game

any one having this problem and does any one have a soulution from bioware staff?

Same problem. I got mine from D2D; I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I got my game from steam. My codes worked fine to get all my DLC, but I cannot download the toolset, because it says my CD Key is invalid. Tried all 3 codes I got from steam and no luck.

Me. Bought it on steam, have the deluxe edition, tried all three codes and none of them work.

I got the same error. Then I tried again with caps lock on and it worked, I don't know if that helps you guys or not. I bought retail collectors edition. The toolset download says "Not Found" when I click download though.

I used my redeem codes but I cannot download the DLC.

YES!! Its the same for the codes in the case for my PS3, as well as the preoder codes.

I got the deluxe version for steam. Enter the codes. Wait a few minutes. Restart steam and you should be ok.

The CD keys worked for the DLC (even though it gave me an error message on the website) The website keeps telling me my D-key is invalid when i try to register as well.

I did, for a short moment before I realized I'd put in the wrong code. Surprisingly, my Exclusive Items code didnt' count as the game code ...

It said that for me a few hours ago. But now my cd key went through and I'm registered! Try it again, use the dashes.

I am basically having the same problem. The code I got from my EA store digital download allows me to register, but when I try and then go ahead and download the toolset, it wont let me get past the screen that warns me I must be registered to download the toolset. ARG.

I had this problem this morning as well but I just tried to register the game and it worked NP. I had no trob getting all the DLC as well. I got the Deluxe Digital Ed from D2D:wub:  It looks like the Toolset isn't out yet so I'm hoping I won't have any problems with useing it.

Of course as soon as I post it works.... But then the link for the toolset isn't working, so great... still not able to download it.

Make sure you're putting the keys in using ALL CAPS.
