Got it I've been using the wrong numbers, how stupid of me it was staring me in the face the whole time quite literaly in the face.

Try re-typing it using both types of capitalization and checking that you are interpreting the code correctly. "O" for example, is very commonly mistaken for zero, as you can imagine.

i just retried 3 hours after purchasing the game on steam and my codes finally worked.

hmm. I typed in the keys using caps lock and it came up with the usual error, only it changed my language so now it says 'Profil en ligne'. there is something seriously wrong with the site

I also cannot register my game and download the Ultimate Edition added contents...

I have been able to download contents (restarting the game) but still not able to register the ultimate edition (and don't know why, the box was new and unopened).
