Alright, after hours of pouring through forums, videos, reviews, casey hudson statements etc, i have decided a few things and while i realize no one cares about my opinion, i feel inclined to share it.

First of all, I just want to say to Bioware; BRAVO. Despite the ending contraversy, you have provided fans with a unique, profound experience through the Mass Effect Trilogy that will not son be forgotten. One of the greatest Franchises of all time? I think so.

As for ME3, once again, Bravo. As i have said all day, It has the potential to be one of the greatest games ever made, and is still considered amazing depsite the anger with the ending. We can all agree that this game was freaking mind-blowingly fantastic (until the ending).

Now as for the ending and the disappointment and anger towards Bioware for having fibbed it up so badly, here are my thoughts. Either the IT is true, and Bioware is just using the EC to prove their genius and inginuity (which is doubtful, though i hope is the case) or it is just a major flop.

Having said that, I for one want to give Bioware a second chance. It is not easy when you put your game out there for everyone to criticize, and with 75 perfect scores, its hard to argue that this game was fantastic. No doubt they have spent hours pouring over feedback and reviews and are going to do the best they can to amend the situation. I am glad they are listening, and I am hopeful that they will deliver some kind of satisfaction with this EC. Hopefully in the form of adding more cut scenes to the battle so we can see past allies and all of our galaxy at war assests actually make a difference and show up, and in the form of different cut scenes for different choices made throughout the games that only expand on the 3 original choices, seeing as they refuse to change the ending. This would be gratifying.

Lastly, I want to say that while i am hopeful for Bioware to make amends, they need to realize what ive said. This game has the potential (and still kind of is in spite of everything) to be one of the greatest games ever made. While i for one refuse to let the outcome of the EC or my hatred for the ending ruin my experience and complete love and awe for ME3, let it be known: if they do not make amends with this EC, and only further disappoint, then i will refuse to ever buy another bioware product ever again. My hopes for this conclusion were so high, and the main game made me think that those expectations would be met. I refuse to fall in love with another franchise just to be disappointed again.
