Hi there.
I recently bought a new copy of the Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition for PC from GeeksWholesaler via Amazon.com, and am having some issues installing the downloadable content. I found the insert in the box with the redemption codes easily enough (Mass Effect 2 advertisment on one side, codes on reverse), but when I went to Dragonage.bioware.com/redeem to enter the codes, neither of the 20 digit sequences unlocked anything. The only reply I recieved was "
Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. "
I have entered and re-entered the codes multiple times, with hyphens and without, and no change. The game itself registered without issue, but the codes seem to be glitched. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a trick I'm missing?
-Cheers

Use the EA Customer Support (See under: "Help", at the bottom of hte page. Says "BioWare Game Support", but it's really EA.) Choose "Ask a Game Advisor", then look for the "Live Chat" option.
They're the only ones who can fix account/activation code issues.
