Hi all,

I still didn't received my commendation pack from Operation Exorcist (the victory pack was received as well).
I'm sure that I completed the challenge. 2 times. My team did a full extraction in a round and a partial extraction in another, and on these 2 times I was alive.

I have data upload feature turned on since the first day playing.
I contacted the EA support and they asked me to create a topic here.

Can someone help me?

Same here unfortunately. In every other event I got my Commendation Pack (if late). It is the first time I did not receive mine. Any help would be great!

Me too, this is the second time I fulfill a squad goal in a weekend and didn't get the condemation pack. Last time I had to send a message to customer assitance email and told me about an exploit issue. I don't know what is it now, but I'm really getting impatient and a little bit frustrated...

Just a question: I know the goal was to reach extraction in gold, but with unknow enemy and unknow location? Or it can be done with a fixed enemy and/or location? Because I have done the second thing...

You just had to finish any map with any map on gold. That's it.

BTW: I didn't receive my Victory or Commendation Packs either... Is it a time to contact CS?

You should contact the EA support as soon as possible. You'll not be able to receive an old pack when a the new one from operation Silencer will be sent out

If you don't get the pack after 2 days go speak to the EA live chat support and ask them to get the pack and you'll get it with no problems, I always get this problem after an Operation and that's what I do.

I have a similar problem, though I contacted EA, and they said I was eligible for my Commendation pack, but not the Victory pack which seems more than a little fishy as the Victory pack was the reward for the allied goal. And twice I've contacted EA and they've told me in Live Chat that they've now sent the Commendation pack, but I had to go here and post to get help with the Victory pack. If I'm in the wrong place then someone let me know. Also, I haven't got my Commendation pack even though they've supposedly sent it twice.

After a nice chat with CS I noticed yesterday I have Commendation pack added to my account. Expired 7th of May

Just discovering that the commendation pack from the Exorcist op is expired before ever being issued. Looks like my being --very-- patient was a mistake... live and learn.
