Well "bad teams and ****ty team mates" is sort of vague. It might help to explain what those bad players are, pretty much what some members were talking about in the comment section.

I guess it would be mostly people that don't play as a team or are rude over the mic. When playing mostly random, in my experience, it's hard to get good teamplay, and as such is much harder to progress.
