So no one sees that indoctrination is happening to Shepard even if we take the plot as it is?

Bad writing?

1. Reapers, hush, reaper agents, and reaper tech causes indoctination.

2. Anderson is on earth constatly fight reapersand their forces..
....
Do the math.

I did do the math thats the problem. Too many factors...do you know what Occam's razor is?

Occams razor = "bad writing LALALA

Occam's razor is a heuristic that says singular causes are more probable than multiple causes for any given effect.  What's his point?

:S it's not an indoctrination video. It's the Cerberus base level. 15 mins in gives the 3 videos where you see what TIM's been up to.

I woud just show vid from the game and notes from the lore like I was doing before....Athing you can't do about TIM's secret powers.

This whole "TIM has indoc pawa" is your invention, that's no lore, sorry.

The whole "TIM has indoc pawa"is shown in the ending when he control Shepard and Anderson.

does anderson have any inplants cause if he dont boom there goes that

Anderson has no implants but he has pent constant contact with reapers and husk on earth ashe fights them... All chances of the startof indocrtination.

If being on the same rock as the Reapers was enough to become indocrtinated then everyone on every world would already be indocrtinated  meaning the war has been lost and the game no longer has a point.

You do realize that thousands of people are just wandering into the reaper processing plants everyday in the game don't you?

forced into the processing plants not once was it said anywhere that they went willinglly in to them

Actually it is lore. Watch the Cerberus base videos provided below. About 15 mins in.

Do you not understand Anderson is constatly fight the reapers. It not like he's on one side of the planet and the reapers and their forces on the other. Heis commanding in the front lines....Like palvens moon.

Plus hasn't Shepard spent at least a few weeks in the presence of the Reaper tech he installed on the Normandy? You know, that thing that was so critical to ME2? The thing that got the entire Normandy crew other than its pilot captured?

We never see people acting like robots with independant minds in the games. Did you? If you did, how could you believe they were "indoctrinated"?

Taking over someone's movements has nothing to do with controlling his mind if that person is still able to oppose the Reapers. "Indoctrination" refers to "doctrine", having someone "drinking the Koolaid" on some way of thinking. TIM might be trying real hard to convince Shepard, but he's failing blatantly, even if he has a (unknown) power to control his movements. To suppose that some parts of the endings were simply "bad writing", and others were flashes of genius, just points to something not coherent in the proposition.

How come no other squaddies were "indoc" or even showed any slight sign of it? Some of them spend a whole lot of time there. It's just not reasonable to suppose they all have Shepard's resistance, to endure constant presence of "Reaper tech" and just live by it unaffected...

I have given one assumption. The endding of ME3 was caused by bad writing on the part of the ME team.

http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Codex/The_Reapers#Indoctrination
Reaper "indoctrination" is an insidious means of corrupting organic minds, "reprogramming" the brain through physical and psychological conditioning using electromagnetic fields, infrasonic and ultrasonic noise, and other subliminal methods. The Reaper's resulting control over the limbic system leaves the victim highly susceptible to its suggestions.Organics undergoing indoctrination may complain of headaches and buzzing or ringing in their ears. As time passes, they have feelings of "being watched" and hallucinations of "ghostly" presences. Ultimately, the Reaper gains the ability to use the victim's body to amplify its signals, manifesting as "alien" voices in the mind.Indoctrination can create perfect deep cover agents. A Reaper's "suggestions" can manipulate victims into betraying friends, trusting enemies, or viewing the Reaper itself with superstitious awe. Should a Reaper subvert a well-placed political or military leader, the resulting chaos can bring down nations.Long-term physical effects of the manipulation are unsustainable. Higher mental functioning decays, ultimately leaving the victim a gibbering animal. Rapid indoctrination is possible, but causes this decay in days or weeks. Slow, patient indoctrination allows the thrall to last for months or years.
.....:whistle:Mean something else to reapers.
