I have recently experienced my game freezing on the menu screen. Once this occured it seems to be perminent and I now know it is a recognised glitch on the game which affects the gamer tag. In rant certain files are corrupted. After lengthy discussions with EA support I was told it would be escalated to bioware themselves as there was no known resolution which would take 2 weeks at least. My first point why as a paying customer can't I speak to the company who eventually get my money perish the thought bioware are not interested in their customers I was then advised nothing else could be done until bioware resolved issue which may take time I have now been able to unfreeze game and believe it can be done without any loss of in game rewards
Bioware if I can resolve it why the timescale
Bioware why won't you talk to your customers and fans
Bioware are those affected gamers going to be compensated either financially or in game

I have the same problem and I was wondering I you could share with me how you resolved it? I've been working on it all day and made no progress
