Not just rare, ultra rare and they're worse than that for most of us.  Easily 1% drop rate for me.

All of the Ultra Rares are great weapons and most are the best weapons in each weapon class when sufficiently levelled up.  Common misconception.  Can't compare a level I weapon to an X.

btw how can some peopel have BW X with N7 rank und 200? the only idea is that they send their chars up and pretend 2 be very very lucky guys. anyway lvling your rank should be honored with one N7 weapon every 200 ranks. this only fair and noveria endless farmer would have an disadvance.

Not really, I think that any Gold/N7 at I easily beat a Common at X.
