I was talking about our real history. A history which happens to continue to this day. 

If the Salarians had not intervened, as they still intervene, then Tuchanka would be devoid of life because of the Krogan's actions. They destroyed their own planet and their entire race with nuclear weapons far before they ever made contact with any other race. The problem is that basically the Krogan of the Rachni wars & Krogan rebellions are basically the Brotherhood of Steel of Fallout(all but 3) or Caesar's Legion(of New Vegas) Mass Effect tech. The Krogan were not ready, but should the Krogan suffer for the sins of their fathers.

ahh OP I do understand your point about the Krogan..I personally view them as a species that could assist us in our fight for dominance, after we defeat the Reapers..Since humans have taken a major blow we would need Grunts to help us finish off the other species..granted once this was accomplished we would have to deal with the Krogan..

You argument has now degenerated to stating that I believe that human history is all flowers and fairies. I state that I never believed that nor did I state it, but that Krogan are much worse, with evidence having been demonstrated. You continue with the same statements as if repetition will make it true, and in the final confirmation of your defeat you begin spamming pictures because you have nothing to add.

Thus you have lost. Leave with dignity while you still can.

I think some of you guys are over-analyzing this situation. Yeah, this would make an interesting ethics debate, but don't forget this is a VIDEO GAME. A video game with scripted, defined outcomes. And the game makes it clear that:

1. If Wrex and Eve are in charge, you SHOULD cure the genophage. Wrex turns the Krogan around and encourages them to work with the races, not against them. Plus if you betray Wrex, you lose the Krogan as war assets.

2. If Wreav is in charge, you SHOULD NOT cure the genophage. Wreave makes it clear he has no interest in working with the other races and plans to seek revenge after the war. Plus, betraying the Krogan still lets you keep the war assets and have Mordin survive.
