Yes, flee. You've simply reached the most reasonable conclusion: the Krogan are savages unworthy of life.

-goggleplex/goggleplex Are you even trying now?

I was never trying. What is there to try? Some creatures are like a virus, and should simply be removed from life.

You're not very good at trolling are you? That or you're actually ok with genocide of a sentient species in which case I suggest going to a hospital.

You know what feeding such an awful troll is a waste. Go get food elsewhere now.

I would not call for the destruction of the Krogan, if they were simply a stupid species. I would much rather use them as servants or vassals. However, they are a stupid species of superhuman durability and reproduction. Even the genophage can not be counted on forever. Eventually the Krogan, like a virus, will adapt and become fully immune to the genophage. There is not choice but to destroy them all, from the elderly, to little krogan tadpoles.

My line of thought here is this:  Who are you or I to choose who deserves to live or die?  Placed in front of our feet is the chance for peace between races who have fought each other for hundreds of years.  Unstable peace?  Perhaps.  But peace none-the-less.

The Krogan endured years of horror at the hands of genetic defect specifically engineered to quell their numbers.  They watched as their females bore countless stillborn infants over a long, horrific, period of time.  Their numbers began to dwindle.  Krogan warriors turned to mercenary violence as any hope of rebuilding their homeworld withered away.  Warlords divided their people into clans and began fighting amongst themselves for the scraps of power that were still left.  The Krogan made the mistake of warmongering and their consequences for doing so were both extreme and long term.

And then, at the moment when they have united behind one leader, pledged to help you fight a battle over a thousand light years away that they have no stake in, and made peace with their long-time enemies under the condition that you do what is within your power and stop the decades of horror and give them a second chance... you would deny them that chance?  Simply becuase you view their race as somehow less worthy than yours?  More prone to violence or more savage?  I would argue that no one has the right to deny them that chance for any reason or belief.

The Krogan would always have the threat of a newer or more lethal weapon than the genophage being used on them should they overstep their boundries.  And even if the peace doesn't last forever, which it never can with any species, race, or culture... every day was worth it.

I guess the Krogan have no reason to help you, then.

You just have to play a little multiplayer to make up for the difference.  HA!

Real life renegades like this is the exact reason not curing the genophage is an option. Not because you felt like being "evil" on your second playthrough.

Scumbag.

How's this for a reason, with the Krogan cured the Turians, Asari, and Salarians will have a real problem to deal with and might stop trying to browbeat humanity.

I believe in Urdnot Wrex.

But if its Wreav in charge, then the Krogan are doomed.

Just wondering, did you kill Mordin to achieve this goal? AKA a Salarian? AKA a species "worthy of imitation"?

I would more than deny them that chance. I would ensure that it's never even a possibility with the death of every last Krogan. Every last one. I would use high powered accelorators to take Tuchanka, and push it somewhere else. That somewhere else being the closest sun. With all the screaming Krogan children still alive as they burn up into little indistinguishable ashes.

In my opinion, the genophage doesn't go far out. Once we've tricked the Krogan into aiding us, of course after Wrex has been killed, then we should take the fight to Tuchanka and exterminate them as a race.

Can't tell if trolling, or just trolling.

One of the things I loved about blowing up the mass relays, is that it mitigates any effect of curing the Genophage. Even if the Krogan decide to be complete d*cks again, they will have to figure out some kind of long distance FTL travel tech first. This gives Eve a good deal of time to try and reform them.

Wrex is smarter than most Krogans, but he still does have aggressive tendencies. Eve is the real hope of the Krogan.

Yea without Eve I wouldn't be so sure with just Wrex but I'd still give him a chance, with him being my bro and all

Without both of them alive I'm not optimistic. Of course, in my Renegade game both of them were dead so it was a no brainer since I could save Mordin too by not curing the Genophage. In no scenario would I go as far as the OP.

(In case you're wondering, I just started my Renegade playthrough from ME2. The game assumes I killed Wrex without me having to actually do it. Don't think I could have brought myself to it)

The Krogan have a right to live, to Breed, to not go extinct from a Virus created by Paranoid Salarians and Asari, Just like Every other species has the right to do.
But whatever not like you care anyway
I say continue with the Krogans like Grunt Least you can Grow them like Sea monkeys
(Sea Monkey Krogans!!!)

Disagree with OP.
However, I do have to agree that curing the genophage is a stupid, stupid move, at least with this whole "WE NEEDS TO END THIS WAR NAO" attitude. 95% of Krogan you meet would rather conquer the other races than work with them. Since the curing of the genophage isn't helpful unless the war is drawn out, curing it makes little sense.

I prefer Krogans and Humans and Geth and Quarians to rule galaxy instead current ones, they failed and continue to fail except Turians who redeemed themselves in final battle

Salarians and Asaris are just selfish idiots who serve no purpose in galactic peace
