The only Krogan I ever liked was the one reading poems to the Asari on Illium. Wrex on the other hand? I put three-four bullets into his head back on Virmire.

Curing the Genophage for the Krogans so less humans has to die. For Krogans are natural tanks and more trustworthy than the Yagh or the Vorcha.

Remember Humans, Helping other aliens in order to defeat the Reapers means less humans have to die.

The truth is, whatever the case, curing the genophage, even with the best intentions in mind, is a very dangerous move.
In real life, I think that it would have been very hard to anyone responsible to make that decision.

It would have been easier to use a half-cure, alowing the krogan to grow somewhat, and yet not risking galaxy-wide war 30 years later.

I guess that the rachnai can be counted on as some kind of counter to krogan's reproduction speed.
If you saved them of course. Still, very dangerous. I really would have expected abit more caution from mordin, helping the krogan - but slowly and cautiosly.

There's no reason to even give the Krogan the opportunity to get "uppity"'. Deceive them until you've built the Crucible and defeated the Reapers. Then destroy them all.

He needs some sort of storyline in this game, or a major role in the Genophage arc. No doubt he could charm Wreav into liking Mordin with his sheer politness.

Even though I was pro-genophage in ME2, I cured it in 3.
Changed my view on the race completely when walking through the ruins of their old civilization.
It's a dangerous move, yes but I think a race does not deserve to be used like that and I am certain that the majority (Wrex's clan) will keep peace. Plus, I couldn't just betray a friend and his whole race like that.

Hold on, all we have seen of them is the after affects of the genophage. They don't need to show themselves to have any redeeming qualities, they should be angry at everyone.

Besides, with the other races decimated, having an intact Krogan race (especially under Wrex) presents strategic opportunities, like a alliance, post reapers.

Also, children are innocent. Guilt is what you do, not what you are.
