So, it's been roughly a month since we have had any word in the offical thread about a possible fix to this.
I don't even wanna try to grasp how much credits (and bioware points) have gone into packs by now only to become a fail purchase and vanish in thin air.

So some updates regarding this issue would be MUCH appreciated.

(and yes this just happened to me again 99000 credits poof gone).....
