Like topic says... It is radiculous... devs put an ability to toggle run/walk in a group based game and it applies only to 1 character... brilliant...

This has been discussed to death already, and a developer said that it would not be patched. Sorry.

They're the idiots? You're the one walking when there's a world to save!

Just... don't look at them...
I hate the spastic running myself, but alas, we've already been berated by Priestly for bringing it up...

I absolutely hate how my party runs while i walk. It just kills the immersion in what is quite a well done gameworld. If there was a dlc that enabled your entire party to walk i would buy it. (thats how much i hate the running)
@bioware, its the little touches like this that separate a good game from a great game. Sadly you failed to make the great game grade. Its especially sad when you consider how much effort went into the codex and creating the lore for dragon age. It was very clear from the way one of the senior devs dismissed the initial outcry that you guys just dont get it.
(the way you cant set your rouge to walk around the town pickpocketing because the moment you exit a building or engauge in conversation the entire party teleports to your rouges location is another example.)
Maybe play closer attention to games from dev houses like bethdesa for examples of how to create an immersive game.
