For those of us not conducting our commerce in U.S. currency, is there a way to buy points in our own currency?
The reason I ask is that banks, and credit cards in particular, like to charge crazy amounts of money simply for converting the charges into US dollars and THEN they also give us a ludicrous exchange rate that isn't anywhere close to the real exchange rate.
I'm going to assume that points aren't available in stores like Xbox LIVE points are right?

I have now found a few threads on how to pay in US dollars, some that go WAY off topic before gettig really vague and then dropping a helpful clue or two.
Maybe one of those WAS the top "sticky" when you posted.
Thanks.
