It looks like the basic all rounder GI dmg build.
You first cloak, throw a proxy as a debuff, then shoot with whatever gun you got. Not much else to it, Cycle cloak throw proxies and pew pew.
I was a bit disappointed when this got necroed though. Disciple did not get unbanned it seems.
