Cant see my purchased DLC,,,

I had to restore my computer to factory settings and re install all my games... but I cant get to the DLC! I have been trying for a while now ( few days) and every time I click on " Your registerd game content" or try to purchase it ( for test) I get the HTTP 500 Server Error... Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? I have tryed on 2 different computers, multiple times one Internet Explorer and on Google Crome

I made a new account to see if it would let me get to it and it did... all my dlc is on this account and I would like to be able to get to it...
