I recall a thread a few weeks back where people were complaining about cheaters and whatnot, and many people were saying how Bioware had totally stopped permabanning people who did nothing more than play in a hacked game once; that those days were over and that they were going after the hackers themselves.

If you spent the credits, you deserve the ban.
If 6 million stolen dollars in a suitcase was left at your door and you spent it all knowing that it was stolen, you can be sure you would've been arrested.

Did you send BioWare a message pointing this out as well as a request to remove the unmerited credits? 

If not, you benefited from cheating and are therefore banned for good reason.

If you did send a message and nothing happend(resulting in the ban) send an inquiry to EA about it, include date and content of the message. They probably still have logs to confirm and revoke the ban.

And also, how did you think the 6 million credits were for a weekend reward, and didn't go to this forum to check it?
