Ni modo paisano. Si uso los creditos otorgados por vencer el objetivo, se considera que hizo trampa y Bioware le cerro su cuenta correctamente.

Google translator magic.

It's legit spanish, just sans accents on some of the conjugated verbs. Don't be so quick to criticize what you can't understand.

I can't see why he shouldn't play ever again for that. An account reset would probably solve the problem, as said above

Deberias de contactar a Bioware y petitionarles para un pardon con tu explication.

My keyboard doesn't have the keys with accents and i dont know the codes. I just know that ñ os ALT + 164 other than that, none. Speaking two languages is pretty awesome. I'm in the process of learning french right now.

To be honest I think they should have reset the OP's account as he wasnt the player actually using the hack.
Nonetheless while I understand the temptation he must have known that spending those 6mill creds was going to bite him on the ass as it was obviously a hacked game.

These topic will get locked for two reasons.

1) Talking about a ban rather then messaging a mod
2) Talking in foreign languages on an English speaking board (Mods can not moderate what they can not understand).

then:
1-Don't open a forum, the people tell theirs problems and hope any solution..
2-As I try to speak english they can try to understand me.

Someone already posted an email-address where you can post a complaint about your ban. Try to add the original message you send regarding the money.

You could try to PM a mod, though I think they would likely refer you there as well. They might be helpful with what you need in terms of proof.

Good luck.

Lmao.

This is pretty good news actually. I'm hoping the hammer comes down on all those douchebags that don't think it's cheating just for some sweet justice.

Guys, come on, if this user did contact support and they didn't respond to let him know not to spend the credits then I see no reason for the ban to not be lifted.

Yes, you could argue he should have known the credits were gained through ill means, but some people aren't as - shall we say - "quick on the uptake" as others.

I know people who honestly wouldn't understand how exploits work or why the extra credits weren't legit. Some are just not too bright, one has slight learning difficulties. Should these people be banned because they were caught in another's exploit?

Would be tricky to convince support in these kinds of instances I'd imagine.

I'm not saying anything about the OP here, but if it's happened to him it's going to happen to others, and some of them won't understand what's happened.

The learning difficulty example will be a rare case, but there are plenty of young/inexperienced players who might not understand what's happened and lose their accounts supply because Bioware in their lack of wisdom decided to make client end adjustments to the coalesced influence credit gain online.

Anyway, OP, contact Bioware support to appeal the ban and link then to all communications you shared with anyone official regarding this. If it is as you claim I see mi reason why your appeal shouldn't be successful.

Best of luck!

Spanish:

Es tu culpa por no esperarte. Si no notaste nada raro durante esa partida, entonces no te podemos ayudar. Deberias haberte salido.

Ahora, si quieres volver a jugar, comprate una copia nueva del juego y ya.

English:

It's your fault for not waiting. If you didn't notice anythign weird during that match, then we can't help you. You should've just left.

Now, if you want to play again, just buy a new cop of the game.

That is all.

Again, never use a cheat in an online game. Never. That day I contact Bioware, and they said nothing. I waited several days.
I figured it was a reward for a challenging weekend. Silly me.
If Bioware had a service Anti cheat, this never would have happened. I am innocent. And the culprit is still playing!

I am spansih, sorry for my english, I try to speak you in your languaje

If you really contacted the support, then there should be some issue, mail or something open, try to use as a argument.
But don't expect much.

If you get millions of credits for a single game, and it takes long time for Bioware/Customer support to answer, which of these options make more sense? Which one is better option to choose?

A) Silence is sign of acceptance, it is ok to spend these millions of credits, yay moar premium spectre packs.

B) I guess it is taking some time for them to deal with this. Oh well, I just don't spend these 6 million credits, I will just spend the credits that I receive from normally working games that give 75k or less, it isn't that hard to remember that 6 milllions the credits games from exploited game, I just don't spend those 6 million credits. 6 million is the new zero for me.

Permaban sounds way too harsh.

Also a ton of hypocrites in this topic. If he contacted customer support and they never replied I'm sure a lot of the flamers in here would have spent the credits too.

Seems simple enough. Some inexperienced/lesser intelligent users would struggle, though.

The real problem here is the coaleaced file being able to influence online play, and that joining a random game can put someone into this position in the first place.

Good to see some regular, intelligent forumites looking at this objectively.

+1 for Snorlax, and others alike!

Let him play I say, if things are as he says. Even in the government, here in my city a government employee, retired 10 years, was still receiving paychecks. Went to court, she was found not guilty of fraud( or wutevr charge that would fall under) because it was the government's oversight that led to the checks being sent out, not hers.

I do not expect help in this forum. I just wanted to share my experience with you. Share my anger. I just want to see bioware has been confused.
I do not know if they will respond me to my emails. I do not know if they repaired my problem. I do not know if they reset my game.
But I just wanted to share with you my problem. I always play without cheating but bioware banned me. Agreed. They want war. Will have war.
