There are some mods that give you reward for wave 11. The ones I've seen made it so that they reduced wave 10 and added it to 11 to make extraction count, but that's beyond the point. Thing is, it's possible to 'hide' the rewards in any wave you like.

Of course, you can't hide it during transactions.

Just because the police hadn't gotten around to collecting it doesn't mean you can go pawn it. It must've taken a long time to use all 6mil credits, your manifest tells the tale on just how much you got out of it.

To be honest I would've been very tempted as well, heck I might even have spent them as well, but you did and you got caught, with the equivalent of stolen property you knew was stolen. You questioned it and before receiving a response from the authorities you used it. Not ethical, you can't take an ethical high ground since you used it. If you hadn't I'd be rooting for you.

People reads the post before posting? He didn't know they were illegal, those credits were rewared after the game ends, mate. He contacted Bioware about it but didn't get an asnwer.

Common sense Jad! Why would he contact Bioware if he didn't suspect something? Answer me that. He knew it suspected it and then used it. Also ignorance has never been an excuse for commiting a crime.

I'm sure a lot of us would have spent those credits if they just fell in our laps like that as well, but it doesn't make it any more right.

What would make you think "oh this is totally legit I just spent 6 mil and unlocked all rares and got almost all the n7 weapons! totally legit this isn't at all wrong! I wonder why no one else got this super awesome reward besides me? Oh well, off to more unlocks!"

It took a long time to use those 6mil!

Just last night, I was playing Gold and I entered a lobby for FB W/G/G, and the host asked if we all had a mic, we all said yes, then he asked if we wanted to cheat and make some credits, and someone asked "how?" and he said, I'll tell you if all of you are OK, so the other 2 guys said "yeah sure" and I just left right before he started talking... I don't want to get banned just to make fast/easy credits, if wanted fast/easy credits I will buy them (not that I actually would spend real $ on it)...

But is common sense, eventually what goes around comes around.

I read that part. I've read the entire thread. It's not good enough. There were many, many ways to get into contact with EA / Bioware beyond a simple email to support. Why not PM a moderator, or make a thread asking for the community's input as he did here? That would have gotten tons of attention. Instead he made a meek effort to get a resolution, and when he didn't get a quick response he felt it justified him spending all of the credits. Credits that go towards items which people pay REAL MONEY for. As others have noted, that's roughly $200 worth of spectre packs that he bought with those illegal credits. If he had found a wallet with $200 in it and spent the money after not getting an answer from the owner within a week, would that have been right to you? It's the same thing.

Op if you did participate in one those forced games then you do deserve it if you got 6million credits then i can say without doubt you got banned for the exploit...

I honestly don't see the problem.
Did you spend them? Yes.
Did you earn them? No.
So you spent something you had not earned or were entitled to? Yes.

Obviously BW has the right to take them back, happens with tax refunds...

Common sense would say do not touch them until you inform the appropriate people and get a response- in this case BW.

You gave into greed, so you were banned (temp or perm).
Look at it as a (moral) flaw that got you into trouble, now go and reflect on it rather then wonder why on the forums.

This is the real question.
In every situation, is bettere to not exclude anything.
For example, i have played with a player called .........cannot say.....2 play i think, why 2?
cause i want to understand who is the "cheater", i canno t say  one name without know right?

In the past I have lose my virtual credit in Mass Effect 3 during a transition, but , i have no banned
the Bioware and Mass Effect 3 from my PC...

When i have buy Bioware credits to keep the ME2 DLC i loose 5EURO only for the transition, before my confirmation, and the server have loose the contact for a few second, resulkting in two transition...can tell
many other "not funny" episode...
but at the end...i have all the ME2 DLC.

What i want to say?

I have to do this work (hunt) for Bioware cause Bioware have problem with the "hacker"?
I don't know how much is my balance (credit) before of this hunting but honestly i can say:
I have spent those credit.
One Spectrum pack premium and one equipment.
But i have think about what i have do after the reading of this Email, without trouble, why?
I play my game! I cannot keep note of the balance during the play, and ...how much is my balance before?

Cannot reset the player stat in a simple way for "incorrect conduit"?

To most here that would seem obvious, but not everyone is savy about this and one doesn't need to be a complete retard to naively think this might be some special reward (otherwise well educated wealthy people would never get conned).

Actually I can't find the Spanish forums. There's German, French, Polish and English in my list.

He might even learn a thing or two by actually using his English in an English enviroment. I know my German is rusty and sounds broken because I rarely use it.
He has done a reasonable job of making his point come across even if his grammar is pretty atrocious .

I'm guessing you are a native English speaker?

Just had a look at OPs manifest. Everything maxed out except N7 (nonetheless 20 ultra rares).

That's a lot more that went in there than 6 million credits. Just sayin'...

I'm more than aware of the content of the thread.  Doesn't alter me pointing out your melodramatic comparison.

I've been in a match where people announced they intended to exploit right as wave 10 started and I left without hestitation.  Lost my credits and wasted my time but I knew it could lead to a ban.  The OP chose to benefit from the exploit and paid the price.  If he really thought he received 6 million credits honestly, and without any ramifications, then maybe he can use the hours Bioware have saved him from playing the game to improve his general level of intelligence before he does something life-threateningly stupid like trimming his toenails with a scythe.

What happens if you already have a load of money and you don't notice you received extra creds? In this case it is a big amount, but let's say you have around 5M and get 500k? Would you get a ban for not noticing? I think this thing is overexaggerated.

The only thing this type of glitch exploit hurts is the microtransaction system (which is pretty bad, even if BW say they are happy with it)(and implement 2 new packs the next day....). I would prefer if they removed the glitch instead of banning people. God is the only "person" that is allowed(?) to put you in temptation and then punish for giving in...
