Oh and thanks to everyone who supported my mods.
I decided to conclude this project, due to my personal matter.
I'll be around the forum lurking but wont be able to further support my mods.
It was a short run but it was worth it, anyway happy modding and enjoy what's available.

Awww, that sucks. Well, good luck, hope things get better. Just to let you know, it didn't work. ME3 Explorer confuses me to no end. A thousand commands, and none of them do what you'd logically expect. Like the bloody ME3 endings but in program form.

Whaa? No!!! There's really no other support for male Shepards except you and you did amazing work. Dang. I just found out about this thread and now no more updates.

Hi Sazaesang

If you happen to read this at some point in the coming months, would you please upload the tats you had worked on so far if you wouldn't mind someone else continuing your work?

Thanks so much for your contributions to the community, Sazaesang! Mass Effect 3 is a hundred times more fun (and pretty) to play now thanks to you. The stuff you made was truly awesome.

Hope everything is going well on your end.

So I just bumped into this lovely topic, and decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I cannot get anything to work for me, and I find the instructions confusing as someone who has not modded the game beyond just using the gibb editor (i have no other mods for the game). I am using the hair mod and the head enhancement. The effect of trying to follow the instructions is that nothing that I have installed appears during the character creator. This is the process that I followed:
1. Dumped the texmod into the win32 folder where ME3.exe is located.2. Dumped the folders to the respective mods in the win32 folder as well.3. Started Origin.4. Started texmod.5. for the Target Application option inside the texmod, I chose ME3.exe that is in the win32 folder.6. For the package folder option I chose these files:SHEPLOO_SHAVEHAIRC1_TYPE_KAIDAN_NORMALC1_TYPE_KAIDAN_DIFF
C2_TYPE_KAIDAN_NORMALC2_TYPE_KAIDAN_DIFF
C3_TYPE_KAIDAN_NORMALC3_TYPE_KAIDAN_DIFF7. Then I hit run, let the game load up, select a new character, import, and all the options are default, as if no mods are running.

Questions:

1. What am I doing wrong?

2. The instructions for the hair is confusing. In the important notes section it says don't load more than 1 hair set, but in the instructions section it says you can load multiple hair sets, so which is it?

3. What is the difference between C# Diff and C# Normal? Do I need both? Can I load more than one head enhancement from different folders at the same time (ex: 1 from Kaidan, 1, James)? How am I supposed to access these in the game (Is it under presets or complexion)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow this looks great! I am so sad to see that you will not be supporting this, hope things work out for you in the future!

@Challenger18: In order to get TexMod to work with ME3 you need to do a bit of work in the folder each time you want to play. I searched the forums and some very intelligent people (myself not included) has created .bat files that will do this for you.

In notepad, copy this:
@echo off
echo Renaming files...
rename MassEffect3.exe MassEffect3_bak.exe
rename Texmod.exe MassEffect3.exe
echo In Origin click to open MassEffect3
echo after Texmod opens press key here to continue
pause
echo Renaming files...
rename MassEffect3.exe Texmod.exe
rename MassEffect3_bak.exe MassEffect3.exe
echo Select MassEffect3 in texmod and continue
echo To exit press space
pause

Now save it as Mass Effect 3.bat and put it in the file with your ME3.exe
Click on it > when the pop up comes up it will tell you to click on ME3 in origin, texmod should come up instead of ME3 > click back to the pop-up box and hit a key > now you should be able to select your ME3.exe file and run the game through TexMod. I hope that will help you, not sure if that was your issue - if its not then just ignore this =)

@Sazaesang I realize you've abandoned the project, but could you post new links that works still? I get 404 error from a lot of your deviantart links. Thanks a bunch. I'd love to try them out.

Well, if the author is no longer contactable maybe you can include a readme file or some text file giving him credit with each download and then upload it to gamefront that way there is a solid link and it isn't lost if you no longer want to send out emails to people?

But, yeah I would like a copy :P.

I absolutely love the look of this mod!.... but I can't seem to find a working downloadable link anywhere. If anyone knows of a source to download from I would be super grateful. :)

Does anyone have a link to this mod? It looks like a huge improvement over the standard bioware wig-hair.

Is there anywhere I can find this mod? It's so sad it was removed I'd really love to try it (just found out about it). Anyway Sazaesang I'm sure you had made a great job because it looks great.

Not to be an poking around in your business or anything but why did you remove it?

Ty anyway I always love to see modders and their work. I really admire that :) I try myself from time to time :)
