My mod already has a high-res Diff & Spec map for skin which can be used on any complexions. While default normal map on existing complexion, technically cannot be brought to high-res as normal map made from baking a 3D model will require orignal high-mesh model to reproduce same in high-res texture. My project is not about reproducing every textures in high-res, but adding extra variations in cosmetics, only apply high-res texture when it's needed.


Oh I see, I thought your work was only for the third complexion. If your high res diff/spec map works on all of the complexions, that's awesome :o

The more you post and share with us, the more I'm in awe. Although the mods aren't available to download, I think the newest stuff you've done with hair is gorgeous. Loving Made Man and Hair No. 4. Happy to appreciate from afar though :)

Apology on disappointing few people, I still have much to work on with both F/M Shepard facial mods and want to ensure a quality and ease of understanding. When I started I didn't have alot of knowledge in how ME3 format worked, since then I've learned alot and I've realized that my earlier mods can be improved.

I also felt that customization mods wasn't much of people's interest and demand until I saw few new posts from ya'll. (unexpected) So I'm going to plan things a little bit and perhaps reconsider, because viewers input does motivate me to do better.

I can't promise but I'll try to offer Hair Mod for the public use, whenever I get the time to compile the files. Lastly please keep the thread alive and perhaps help me spread the word.

I hope you continue your projects and release them for us! :wizard: Your work is great and deserves more recognition. By the way, are these purely texture mods? They look more advanced than typical textures.

well let me put things straight here, this was probably the most awesome set of mods I've seen since the game came out, and I can assure you I've been looking for mods ever since.
I'm one of those people who love to take screenshots, make gifs and all that and that's why I'm always looking for ways to modify and improve the game.
So, for short, if that's motivation you need, I can just sit here and worship you as long as it takes for you to get these mods done because I love them :P

on a sidenote, I really liked the face mods and the cerberus implants mods in particular. oh and also the chance to have sheploo's hair (with the scar mark) on a different face.

so again, great stuff. best stuff I've seen in a while, honestly.

oh, and one last thing: I'm crap at modding, I could barely mod my coalesced file following basic instructions read on this forum, but I'd do all I can to support this set of mods, starting by spreading the word and offering my help for anything a "normal" person can help with in this.
so if you may need anything, anything from me (like, I dunno, you want a coffe ? a sandwich ? a drink maybe ?)
just say the word..

Thank you! All the mods are purely texture modification, however I try to take advantage of it's full potential. I wished the custom character had more texture options than Diffuse + Specular + Normal maps because all the important characters with exclusive textures have richer shader expression. (But I try my best to match up to them.)

I appreciate much support and thank you for the exposure via your sig. Now I know, Steve Cortez uses Skin texture (Diffuse + Specular) of complexion 1 and normal map of complexion 2, so having the mod influence over Steve is fully possible. All I need to do is compile the textures for each complexions so the user can choose the desired combinations.

I love to take screenshots as well, sometime seeing in stills gives chance to see all the details missed in cutscenes, so I understand what you expect. To answer to this, I will focus on compiling the HEAD ENHANCEMENT MOD for the release and then the NATURAL HAIRLINE MOD.
The 'Cerebus Implant MOD' will be similar to head enhancement mod, but with completely original normal map in 1024 x 1024 for screenshot purpose. (AFAIK the face normal map in ME3 is 512x512 or 256x256) I hoping to have at least 3 original detailed complexion and skin textures. Because I need to sculpt everything using 3D software from scratch this may take some time. (Tho I will release the current one for preview purpose to know the viewers impression.)

Well, I found this through google, was very impressed by the screenshots, seriously bummed by the cancellation, and now I'm stoked that you may indeed be releasing the mod after all. Hell of a roller coaster for two pages... :D I'm throwing this thread in favorites for the time being. Keep up the good work.

Well like you said, 2 pages of no viewer responses... I had this thread for over a month and you can see that first few post is infact made by myself (made me feel like talking to myself... :D).  So I really wasn't sure if their was actually an audience for this project.

Yes, this as happened to me too. :crying: I share great ideas to the forums (mostly in the Multiplayer section) for future content, but then it gets buried by the same old complaints of "nerf this weapon, buff this power, balance this aspect of gameplay, etc". Sure balance in a Multiplayer system is important, but no need to create 10 threads on the same subject or so. I feel your pain. ^_^

Looks somewhat similar to Adam Jensen's facial implants from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I approve. :wizard:

- just before meeting Henry Lawson (Miranda's father)

I'm currently analyzing (Texmod) hex code for face texture used on male characters with cut scene interaction. This is to know which complexion & skin texture would affect the NPC when changed. So far I've got all the data's for...:

Captain Bailey
Ambassador Osoba
Steve Cortez
Darner Vosque
Kenneth Donnely
Gavin Archer
Alliance Counciler 1 (the man in the prologue)
Alliance Counciler 2 (the man in the prologue)
Conrad Verner
Engineer Adams
Ambassador Udina

How about Joker, Illusive Man, Kai Leng, Major Coats? On Earth, the dude you talk to so that you can speak to your other comrades as holograms?

And how do you upload saves so that you can download them? I have saves for every mission, so I can help you with David Archer and Henry Lawson.

And will try to find .pcc file with naked Shepard, though seems kind of awkward, as if searching for gay porn, lol.
