I didn't receive my commendation pack from Operation Exorcist 2 weeks ago, so I talked to the live chat who said they added the pack for me. When I checked that I didn't receive it, I contacted them again, and then I was directed to the forums, then to a site admin, then to the customer service, who said that they added the pack again. He also told me that if I still can't see it, I should delete my game updates in the game data utility and reupdate to see if the pack turns up.

Well the pack is still not there. The thing is, I already downlloaded From Ashes, which I assume is under the game data utility section. Will I be forced to pay for it again if I delete it? Or can I just download it again. The pack is not worth having to sacrifice paid DLC for. And will I lose anything else if I delete the updates, ie my unlocks in multiplayer?

You can safely delete the ME3 Game data - you'll have to redownload the From Ashes DLC from the PSN store though

Just so you know that once you've deleted the ME3 Game data and you start the game again,
you'll be prompted to download the patch 1.02 or 1.03 depending on your region.

All multiplayer progress is stored on EA/Bioware's servers so you will retain everything you did including unlocks.

No - You already redeemed the code or paid for it.

Had them say the same thing, it however didn't solve anything for me, just had to redownload resurgence/updates....
