PS3 Release date in Canada?

I was hoping someone could tell me the REAL release date for the PS3 version.  I pre-ordered from EB games. Went there this morning, no luck. They received no shipment and show no signs of it arriving anytime soon.

Futureshop. No  PS3 version.

Best Buy. They have a card you show to the cashier to purchase the game. The card shows Nov 3rd as the release date. Again no luck. They received NO PS3 versions and don't know when they will.

So... when exactly is the REAL release date for the PS3?
