 Hi,
I have had numerous issues with Dragon Age Origins from the day I bought it.
Originally my EA server login did not work. I spent literally days on the live help and the representatives gave me lots of in registered game content to apologise.

Eventually I was advised to setup a new PSN and EA account, which I did using my girlfriends email address. This worked for quite a long time. But then me and my girlfriend broke up and then my PS3 was stolen.
I bought a new PS3, but could not log in to my EA account, because I did not remember the password. I clicked forgotten password, but the password reset was being sent to my girlfriend instead of me (because I used her email address).
All I wanted was a single working EA server account which has all my registered game content working. I spent hours on the live help forum. A man named Yogesh told me that the account registered to my girlfriends email address would need to log in and request that it was transferred to my email address. I explained that I had already registered my email account with EA and this was my original account which did not work. He confirmed that I could have two EA server account registered to the same email address. For the inconvenience, Yogesh gave me a code for the ultimate edition, I did not write this down because I clicked for the entire conversation to be  emailed to me and the code would be contained. However, the email was full of strange characters and I could not read it.
I got my ex-girlfriend over, got back on the live help and a man named Navneet told me that we cannot change the email address, I tried to get through to him for ages, but he kept repeating himself.
Eventually I discovered how to address this myself. Navneet was wrong; I could change my registered email account by logging into my EA home page. However, Yogesh was also wrong; I could not have two EA accounts registered to the same email address. I had to log into my original account, change the email address on that, then change the account registered to my girlfriends email address to my email address.
I then told Navneet that I felt I could resolve this myself and asked him to tell me what the code for the ultimate edition was, that I had been given by Yogeesh. Navneet told me that he cannot reissue this code. I told him that I did not want it reissued, I just wanted him to look through the conversation I had with Yogesh and resend the code. He said he could not.
So, I got offline to him. I assumed that I would be able to log into the EA servers now and that my old registered game content would be there. However, now when I go to log in, it very quickly flashes to “Please try again, which is the exact same problem I had with my original account. I have setup a static IP and opened all the ports on my router that the Bioware forums tell me to. I have also placed my PS3 static IP in the DMZ and deactivated all firewalls.
All I want is a single working EA account with all my registered game content.
