I restarted playing single player and have promoted 3 characters.  They do not show up as a war asset.  Can anyone give me an idea why?

I noticed that my war assets from my promoted characters occasionally disappear as well. What has worked for me so far: when looking at war assets select the war map button, then select the war assets button - the promoted characters/war assets points will hopefully return.

Just check the war map then go back and they should appear.

So I see the bug with this issue has yet to be resolved.
Even less incentive to promote in multiplayer when I can not even reliably reap the rewards.
