 Just wondering if this item is still bugged? I found it while looking on some weapon lists, and followed up with a search here and apparently (like a month ago) it was unobtainable. Is this still the case?

Maybe this is the bugged quest reward the shaper guy never actually gives you. After you give him the rubbing of the golem registry.
