I am in contact with someone at the helpdesk. Gave her a link to this thread now so hopefully something comes of it.

tried logging in last week, got the same message about error processing blah,blah..

so i ordered from TFAW.com, which actually worked out (a lot) cheaper on postage to the UK!

however, today, i wanted to buy a product that can only be bought from the Bioware store, but still the site wont let me log in.

very disappointing :(

I hope this gets resolved. Bank statement says the payment went through, I just can't figure out whether it really did work beyond that since I can't log in to track it.

Logged a support request on their site a couple of days ago, got a response back today telling me to clear cache/cookies/etc (which I'd already mentioned I had tried). Tried it again anyways in Firefox, Chrome and IE - still not working. Emailed them back and hope to hear a response soon! Especially since I want the new lithos! Will update if I hear anything else back (in case ppl are interested).

Received this message shortly after I linked the thread to customer support.

"Hi,

You are receiving this message because you have reported receiving an error that brought you to a white page that says "There has been an error processing your request." This is a known issue and is currently being worked on.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this and we appreciate your patience while we work this out."

Well, at least they know about it

Just wanted to state that I'm having the same issue, clearing cache in FF and IE isn't working either.

Still happening, at least for me. Went to go order another litho when I found out I could do nothing at the store. Even deleting some unknown item from my cart gives me an error.

Um...Bioware/Treehouse, I want to give you money but you don't want to take it. What gives?

At least you got to your shoppingcart
I can't even login to my account
It just returns to the homepage and when I Try again
I get the stupid errorpage telling me something went wrong
Well i wished it would Tell me something I don't know
Like my orderstatus
Or at least if it is shipped or no
If they would pay my phonebill I'd call them
Since I live in Europe I don't want to be put  on hold for 10 min or so when I call

Holy smokes! I actually managed to log in to my account! I logged in my email and pass, looked like it didn't take. Hit log in again and BOOM! It worked.
