I purchased 3 psp's about 2 weeks ago. I didn't recieve the last one and contacted ea hoping they could fix it. I've sent to emails to them and they said they would resolve it as quickly as possible. that was a week ago. still don't have my psp, and I'm getting irritated tha t this hasn't been resolved. I don't even want the money back i just want the psp that i didn't recieve .

They still haven't resolved the Resurgance Pack purchases yet either.

Really? Ea tells me to post on the forums, and it doesn't do anything. All i've gotten are useless emails that say "i understand how frustrated you are that you haven't gotten your premium spectre packs" yet i haven't even gotten an email from bioware to confirm they are trying to fix the problem. I have a hard time believing it has taken them 3 weeks to fix this. Why tell you to post on the forums if nothing happens

yes! i can't purchase anything in the store using my credits. i've tried using credits to buy psp, jp and vp. all of them failed and said to contact customer support. i was gypped 99,000 credits x 2 from 2 failed attempts to purchase psp's that i never received... because of technical problems that i was instructed to contact customer support to resolve.

how do we contact customer support? supposedly you use this link http://help.ea.com/en/mass-effect/ and login to your ea account to email customer support. however, for the last 2 days, when i try logging into my ea account, it says, "Sorry, this service is temporary unavailable."

help! i'd like to get this issue resolved so i can buy some packs and receive a 198,000 credit or 2 psp's for the 2 psp's i never received. can anyone here help me or point me in a direction where i can get this resolved?

I had several attempts to purchase packs fail last night, but the credits I spent immediately returned to my character. I assumed this was a new workaround to failed attempts to buy packs?

Also, if it fails while I'm buying a pack, I've noticed it will now search for previous purcahsed packs and give them to me.

same happened to me. i spent credits, failed to purchase notice popped up (if persists, contact customer support) and i saw my credits return. however when i booted my ps3 the next time, my credits were gone and i have nothing to show for it. this happened for a 3rd time last night. so i've been gypped 3 times and customer support has been temporarily unavailable since monday when i first tried to contact them.

i was able to get my free commendation pack (operation silencer) after a failed attempt though. and i was able to buy a couple packs before getting ripped-off a third time.

has anyone here ever been able to get any type of customer support? this link http://help.ea.com/en/mass-effect/ hasn't worked for me since monday. does anyone here know how i can get customer support?

I haven't been able to buy the packs immediately either, but when i reboot the game, it takes the credits and gives me a pack. I just have to look in every nook and cranny for what i got. You sure you didn't receive anything at all?

I tried many times to get help with missing packs.  They either can't or won't do anything. 

Good luck, you're going to need it. They don't really care.

I keep losing credits too. Someone told me that if you are in a lobby and you are ready to make a purchase is to make sure no one else is in the store. I for one haven't tried this out yet cause I've been to afraid to.
