      During the Operation: Goliath weekend, I fought in a Silver game against the Reapers and the team managed an Extraction. I was awarded a Victory Pack for the Operation, but never got a Commendation Pack. At the time that did not bother me too much as I was still doing the Single-Player campaign, but a host of other issues (about half a million in credits the store consumed without providing me any packs [and yes, I checked for unlocks; nothing was showing the New! alert and no weapons or classes were improved], the Chakram Launcher for completing the Kingdoms of Amalur demo never arrived, I was locked out of the game during the Online Pass error after Operatin: Exorcist, and my Exorcist Commendation Pack was not granted until I contacted Tech Support) there were enough straws to break the camel's proverbial back.

      Previous attempts with Tech Support were enough to get the Chakram Launcher resolved and have them apply the Exorcist Commendation Pack, but for some reason the Goliath Pack is just not going through. I have contacted EA's Live Chat team to have it resolved a few times now, but each time the account editing they do has failed to bring it up in the store for redemption despite waiting for the specified times. The credits issue remains unresolved, and my prior thread received no response.

      The recommendation of the Tech Support Officer was that I once again post to the Bioware frums because it was the place best suited to getting an immediate response or fix whilst the support staff continued to look into the issue and try to resolve it.
