Okay here goes nothing, i've scrounged the internet trying to find a fix and havent yet,

Almost Every time i try to enter a town on the second OLM for Storm of Zehir, the sword coast section, i get a crash to desktop. Sometimes i'm lucky and it allows me to go in, but usually it just lcoks up after choosing "enter courtyard/ Merchant HQ/ Trade Hub" and crashes on me, or if I am able to get into one town, the next town I try and enter causes a full CTD, no crash report or anything.

I'm running:
Windows 7 64 Build 7601
AMD Phenom X4 ~3.0gHz quad core
NVIDIA Geforce GT 220 4G total VRAM
8GB Ram

V 1.23.1765 English, the NWN Complete version

And this is happening off a fresh install of the game.

Also I am running the most recent drivers for my Video card, and it was happening on the previous drivers as well (which were about a year old)

The only thing that "jumps out" at me is the comparatively poor graphics card. It meets the game minimum, but not much more than that. Where are you setting the sliders for quality? There's no way the game can choose correctly, being older than the card you have.

Review the guide for the information you have omitted so far:

Here is a  snippet she posted that you have ignored, so far:

"Video Drivers

Some versions
of video drivers may affect NWN 2 adversely, creating unusual bugs.
Such was the issue with recent drivers from NVIDIA for the 8800 through
400 series graphics cards. The only thing I can suggest on this is to
roll drivers back to an earlier known working version of drivers, or to
check the appropriate manufacturer site for possible beta drivers that
may resolve the issue.
