Stuck in 3rd person view, can't use powers, can shoot at a spot(usually the floor).  If I die I am still stuck.  Happens only rarely, I cannot seem to reproduce this, but it has only started happening in the last week.  Really sucks to lose consummables to a random game I can't play.

Seems to only happen on glacier.   This is really frustrating.
