I was planning on probably getting both the Steam and PS3 versions of DA, but I was wondering if I can log into my account on both systems and get the Character Creator ring, or if I have to choose just one.

Anyone have any idea?

Yes. You will be able to get the CC ring on both.

The character creator was only released on pc so I'd assume it's only for pc. I could bewrong though, I don't have a console version.

I wanted to know this also. Amazon didn't have any more 360 Collector editions, so I ordered my PC CE through Amazon and my 360 CE through EA store. Well EA delivered a day earlier than Amazon so now I only have the 360 version to play with but I'm hesitant to download the DA:Journey and CC items for the 360 on the off chance it then doesn't let me DL them on the PC, since I will be primarly playing on the PC.

For uploading your character/s with the 'Character Creator' or CC you get a ring:

The Lucky Stone -

*Item is available on all platforms by logging into the game with same account used to upload your character

This old stone, set in a golden ring, has been an aid and companion to dozens of adventurers across innumerable years. Its trip to Ferelden was long and convoluted. Some say it has a life of its own.

* Adds +1 to all of your stats

* The Lucky Stone is available from within DragonAge: Origins after you have uploaded a character using the Character Creator.

That is what I was referring to. I know if you download the program, install it, create a character, then upload it to an EA account on the PC you will get a ring added to your DLC for any platform. As long as you log into the same EA account from the start menu of the game and go to the "Download Content" section. I am unsure of the valid dates this has to be done by however. I looks like you don't even need to download or use the character you uploaded to get the ring.
