We somehow destroyed the Citadel and evacuated everyone on it before the Reapers came to the Milky Way? Would they lose all function and not know what to do in dark space without the Catalyst giving them orders from the Citadel? Would it result in Reapers never coming to the galaxy and leaving us in peace while still keeping the Mass relays?
