Any idea what the magic words are?

I activated Mass Effect 3 on another Origin account, not realising that my BSN account was _already_ an Origin account. According to this page: http://social.biowar...ge/account-help
Something can be done about it, and the issue can be rectified. But alas, I've heard the phrase "impossible" twice now from EA support, and I've no idea what to do about it, short of buying a new copy of ME3 - and frankly I'm not rich. And I really don't want to have to swap out to _another_ BSN account just when I want to post on the ME3 boards.

I would try saying you want to transfer ownership of a game between two Origin accounts. Other thing you could try is merging two Origin accounts.
Just don't ask for a merge of a BioWare and an EA account because technically that isn't possible.

I'll try using live chat during business hours in North America - hopefully that will yield better results, and I'll ask specifically about transferring ownership of ME3 between the accounts.
Edit: This is the email I received in response to my most recent request, if it adds more context.
Hello Nicholas,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.
I
have reviewed your e-mail and understand that you want to merge two
accounts. I understand how this could be confusing. Please be informed
that we cannot merge two accounts.
I really wish to help you.
Trust me, had it been possible, I would have merged your two accounts
but I am afraid customer support department do not have any tool or
feature to process your request. In fact, I would have been glad to
offer you the solution I had. I apologize for the disappointment.
We
at Electronic Arts, assign pivotal importance to offer exceptional
service to our customers and believe in exploring all the possibilities
in doing so. However, we apologize for having disappointed you
unintentionally. Your affiliation is valued by EA and requests it in the
future. To know more about our online assistance, please visit: http://help.ea.com/
Regards,
Richa

This really isn't working. Is it possible for the other direction to work?
I'd be happy using the other account if Bioware would be able to transfer all of my DLC and stuff for DA1, DA2 and ME2 over to my _other_ Bioware account... this is driving me insane.
I tried removing the activations for the games from this account and re-activating them on the other... didn't do anything for the DLCs though.
[EDIT] Sorry for double-posting.
