I think It would be good to get war assets for your background.I thought about something like this.
War Hero:
Thanks to your heroic actions on Elysium majority of people are helping us against The Reapers.Some enlisted, others are helping with rescue efforts and donationsThey see you as a icon and they are ready to help you in the war against The Reaper threat.
Sole Survivor:
Your mission on Akuz was disastrous,but thanks to you,we started to develop tactics and special munition against the Thresher Maws and now this tactics and munition can be used against The Reaper threat.
Ruthless:
When you leaded the attack on Torfan as vengance for Elysium you succed.But now when we have Batarians on our side this act deeply rooted in Batarians minds and they´re support is lower.
