Got to play it for about 5 minutes before connection errors. If a game fails at being fun, it should fail any review. I hope Torchlight II is better than this crap.

If you take out the spam ones which seem to gravitate on 0 and 10, you might be able to get a consensus. Still as I said when people were bombing ME3 on this, and saying they are not entitled whiners/gamers. You are giving them fuel to not take you seriously. This will happen even more with Activision, calling out people.

Wow! Mass Effect 3 cooler than Diablo 3. XD
Diablo 3's ending is horrendous compared to ME3. D3 ruined the entire series for me. I will never make another charater after my Error 37.
It is the new flavour hate of the week. Just wait till Starcraft II expansion comes out and it will be the new bomb hate.

Same things happen on the forums i guess. And then they complain that publishers & pro reviews dont take them seriously.
Cant wait to play Diablo. I bet they screwed up by not leaving things as they were and i see 100 new " Am i the only one who think 2d sprites are better looking then new characters we got " threads

If you are replying to me on this yes you are giving them fuel to push the entitled gamer brush. When "you" (aka multiple people) decided to bomb a review site based on pure emotional repsonse instead of logical and well designed critisms then you are helping them fan the flames and make it harder for your voice to be heard. It is harder for them to use private forums since it is not fully public, going to public places and putting in crap like I put in then "you" are helping them.

No it doesn't deserve that rating, but Mass Effect 3 was my lowest rated in the series and not because of the ending. I gave Mass Effect 1 a 8.8, Mass Effect 2 a 9.0, and Mass Effect 3 a 8.5.
So you still thought it was really awesome? It's just .5 away from ME2

I cannot facepalm hard enough with that response. It is worst than the one that just repeats 37 constantly.

Someday I wish to be a trendsetter for something like this. Maybe I will try and beat the gun by making "hate" for D&D 5.0.

Tbh, I think the "needs to be online to play singleplayer" system with overloaded servers is what is killing Diablo on metacritic. If people can't even play the game, why should they give the game good grades?
At least ME3 was playable, as far as I know.

Oh it is, I am not buying D3 cause of this. People are not complaining about that though fully they are just spamming. That is best right now to report it to customer support.
Also the grade should fall on Blizzard/Activision's practice on releasing their games, not to the game itself. Also to note to grade a game if you did not play it even if it is an issue with the servers no one will take into account.

I didn't buy it for that reason too, even though my friends did (they offered me guest passes in case I should change my mind to come play with them <_< )
Instead I supported Grim Dawn on Kickstarter. (http://www.kickstart...-dawn?ref=users) Not a brand name, but basicly the same deal looking at the videos.
I'm finding myself less and less inclined to bother with products from the predatorian "big" publishers that couldn't care less about their customers these days. Funny thing is, I'm paying MORE money (alot more, actually. ) for the games I support in kickstarter than if I paid for a random AAA by one of the established publishers. I would never dream of paying those kind of money for a game by EA or Activision Blizzard, but the guys on kickstarter? I am willing to fork out the cash for the extras there.
Goes to show how much the rep the big publishers have hurt themselves in my willingness to support them. Keep ignoring ethos when trying to make money, and people that care about ethos will stop caring about you.

You hit the nail on the head wonderfully with this. I love this kickstarter program that has been cropping up more and more in my viewings. I would rather support small companies, or large independants than the corporate conglomerants.
This trend started for me when the introduction of steam, since that is when the gaming world changed (imo). Also with new laws coming around where "you" do not own the copy of the game you bought, I am not going to support that. I get my game in a box and crack it if I need the internet connection to play it. Now that I have found kickstater more of my money on games are probally gonna go to that.

I'd rate it around a 6. A great thing can be ruined by an ending ESPECIALLY the last game in a series. If it was the 2nd game and they pulled this it could be expanded on but the last game its set in stone and ruins the whole trilogy.
+1
