A while back, I found a pretty good set of placeables with a kind of post-apocalyptic theme - things like old tyres, rusting pylons and so on. I remember it being uploaded quite recently, but I can't track it down on the vault. Does anyone know what this is called? It'd be perfect for my module.
Post-Apocalyptic Placeables?

No screenies, so I don't know. You might also look at all the d20 Modern stuff. It has been about 76 years after a world wide catastrophy whrere everything was destroyed. Many people hid undergound in fallout bunkers while others were left above to fend for themselves. And now, 76 years after this great planetary destruction, people have bagan to resurface for the past few years and trying to rebuild civilization.

Nah, that's not it. This one had screenies - thanks, though.

Dark Future was the one, thanks so much! Ah, I never noticed that they were by Ben Harrison - he helped me out with some modelling a while back, so I'm even happier to have found this again. Thanks again!

This is a bit beyond just placeables, but it might be of interest. Fallout 3 town converted to NWN.
I believe an implication of this demo is that you could also design an original town like this in the GECK, and convert it to NWN.

That looks awesome.. makes me wish someone'd make a full-on Fallout hak set of placeables and tiles.
