Since last week, I haven't been able to purchase credits through ME3. I know they took it out for a few days, then reinstated the option. The problem I'm having is that even though I am able to purchase games and movies through the Playstation Store, when I'm in ME3 trying to purchase packs, it gives me an error message. It was working for me up until the 9th of this month.

Called my bank, no blocks or anything on transactions. Called Sony, and after giving her the error code, she said it was an internet issue. Went through internet test and was told there are ports that need to be opened.

After combing the internets, I figured only way to deal with ports was to get a router, (I know you can do it within Control Panel, but doesn't work for PS3), so that is what I did. Also went in there to put in the ports that needed to be open according to the Sony rep. Still doesn't work. I'm wondering if I purchase a Playstation card and load money on it if it will even work.

Anyone else encounter this issue??
