I've encountered several story bugs throughout my playthroughs that I found quite dissappointing and/or annoying.

First, Connor Guerrin and Isolde Guerrin aka Arl Eamon's son and wife.

Even though spoiler warnings are placed in the forum thread I will remind you again SPOILERS below.

During the events at Redcliffe Castle I chose to seek the aid of the Mages Circle in removing the demon from Connor.

I was successful in this and the questline proceeded in that I saved both Connor and Isolde, with no extra harm done to any other story character. (I had saved the Circle Tower prior to beginning the Redcliffe storyline.)

When the codex updated itself after the funeral for Redcliffes dead it listed both Connor and Isolde as dead. The Codex bugged and said I had chosen to kill Connor, and that I had chosen to sacrifice Isolde in the blood magic ritual. This didn't alter the main storyline or the location or existence of characters. It was just annoying and incorrect, and I'd liked to have seen the actual proper Codex entries.

Next is the constant appearance of the secret companion in the end game, despite having chosen to execute the secret companion in both of my full play throughs.

During the events of the Final Battle, where the player decides what companions to bring with them to the battle with the Archdemon, the secret companion "ghosts' into the lineup and holds a conversation with the PC about how the Warden decides not to take him. This is despite the fact he is dead.

And then he shows up in the throne room during both of my play throughs after the death of the archdemon, despite my having killed him.

On my second full playthrough I decided to marry Anora and Alistair and then promptly sacrifice Alistair in the fight with the archdemon.

Despite his being dead, Anora when approached for conversation, makes the comment "Is he always like that" (Yes... Yes he is.) as if Alistair were still alive. Instead of showing sorrow or remorse or giving off some other comment she bugs out and gives me a comment as if Alistair is still alive.

Anyways, I've encountered a few other bugs here and their (Game crashing if you go to the Character sheet while in Shapeshifter forms, among others).

But these story bugs bothered me and I wanted to put them out there for the Bioware community.
