How did you mess the UE netcode up so badly?

This is bloody amateur hour ... far too often in games if you're not hosting you will lose lose the ability to let your shots/powers affect enemies permanently even though there is still obvious bidirectional communication (the enemies can track and hit you). With non hit/scan weapons I will temporarily lose the ability to hit things almost every game I'm not hosting (hell maybe it happens for my hit/scan weapons too, but it's kinda obvious when you're expecting an explosition when the projectile hits). Of course we don't have to mention the still unplayable vanguards ... but the near random insta-kill melee attacks already made those unplayable against non-geth any way ...

I know there are a million threads about this already, but since there are none on the front page and no sticky with known bugs I thought I'd take the opportunity to whine a bit ...
