 So, I'm getting a new pc next week. I'd like to transfer over my old saves from the ME games and was wondering, if the achievements stay unlocked or if I have to unlock them all over again. I'm not playing ME2 via steam or any other platform, so I'm referring to the ones that are accessed via the main menu and the pc on Shep's desk . I'd appreciate any help from you guys

Absolutely. All you have to do is install the games onto your new PC, then copy the contents of Documents\\Bioware of your old PC to your new one.
