As of 1300 (1pm) Eastern, pre-loaded Dragon Age downloads from Direct2Drive unlocked (click Check Now if it hasn't unlocked yet for you). Keys have not been sent out yet, but Direct2Drive assured me they will be sent out shortly.

I am making this post at 1316 - just in case it doesn't show up for a couple of hours.

Even when I get my key I am not going to register it, I am too leary of something going wrong and the key disappearing on me.. the website has been way to unstable the past 3 days.
