Hello.
I like turian sentinel a lot. This is the build i have been playing with:
Power armor: 6 (4ab, 5a, 6b)
Warp: 0
Overload: 6 (4b, 5b, 6b)
Turian veteran: 6 (4a, 5b, 6b)
Fitness: 6 (4b, 5b, 6b)
Mainly using assault rifles and vindicator being the favorite one.
My question is: Can i get more mileage out of my turian sentinel with some other build?

I play:
* Tech Armor (6): Durability, Power Damage, Power Recharge
* Warp (6): Damage, Lasting Damage, Pierce
[OR, if you want to play nicely with others, Warp (6): Detonate, Expose, Pierce]
* Overload (6): Chain Overload, Neural Shock, Shield Damage
* Turian Veteran (5): Damage & Capacity, Power Damage
* Fitness (3)
It's obviously a lot squishier than your build--although it's pretty hefty by caster standards--but in exchange it gets Warp. That improves its single-target DPS in general, and also gives it a potent weapon against armored targets (which in my experience can be tough to crack with just AR + Overload).

Same as above, but I would take Rank 4 Warp to Detonation instead of Damage.
Expose in Rank 5 Warp should be considered if you're planning in using some heavier weapon like a Falcon or Stryker.

Why would you skip the debuff power?

15% of biotic combo damage is worth getting, no question. But the TS can't trigger his own BEs, and in PUGs I can't consistently rely on having biotic squadmates at all, let alone ones that are willing and able to trigger BEs.BoomDynamite wrote...

Warp's main use in this build is spamming it against a single (large, armored) target, so 40% bonus Warp damage every 2.0 - 2.5 seconds is worth quite a bit. I agree that it's probably a toss-up, though.

What kind of added "mileage" are you looking for, exactly?
Your build is a Geth killer.
If you want a caster+soldier hybrid, use this build. Okay defenses, and poor weapon damage, largely reliant on powers. Use with weapon like Vindicator or Carnifex, anything light enough to give you 200% cooldown.
If you want a tank, use this build. Good for shield stripping and biotic priming, with great weapon damage and defenses. Slower recharge speed Use with Mattock or Claymore with piercing mod for best results, cooldown is not too important as you aren't a power spammer.
Each of those builds are Gold viable.
