What I have done:
1) I was playing DA Awakening
2) connected the DSL cable (I was disconnected)
3) I had 640 points and decided to buy Witch Hunt
4) The transaction went well and I remained with 80 points
5) After a while I checked the downloading and noticed it was still at 0% (version 1.04 needed was in red: not sure which version I have)
6) I tried to exit the game and restart it
7) The downloading tab was empty; Witch Hunt was availabe in the "Available Content" (not in the "Installed Content") and my points were still 80 !!

What should I do now??
Please help!

Go here:  social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php,
and download the Witch Hunt  ver 1.1 self-extracting exe file.

Once downloaded, just double-click it to launch the installer. 
If you don't already have needed game version, it will patch it for you.

I did as you suggested (I am just not sure if I downloaded ver 1.1 ...): downloaded, installed and tried: now it is present in "Other campaign" and in "Installed content". I haven't tried it yet but I am confident it will work!
