You have a problem with not seeing women nude in a video game.
It's strange that you provide a direct quote that does not support what you read from it.

You are saying that this game isn't actually an adult game because the characters are clothed during the small scene that involves sex
I did not say that.
And I quote "Bioware promised an adult game and they give us these very blatant
kid-safety harnesses that just make you think "that's there because
somebody isn't supposed to see...". I find this more offensive than
seeing a naked body, since they are passing judgement and deeming
me not fit to see it, AFTER deeming me fit to see decapitations and
child-slaying."

In the original poster's defence, I got the impression he thought the men should be naked as well. Equal opportunity nakedness ;-)

Some countries have stricter censorship and classification standards when it comes to nudity and sexual content as opposed to violence and gore.
Bioware are just operating within the world we live in.
I'm in the UK and God of War had naked breasts in it. Versions in other countries gave the ladies a bra (possibly including US, not sure). So they could, I assume, have compromised the game only when the censorship of a particular country demanded it.
That might have been ideal, yes. The Witcher was the same, the german version had naked cleavage on ladies, the american version had it covered up.

I swear I think the forums take on some weird hate agenda.

Nearly everything on game someone hate it's too hard so nerf mages if bioware did this people like me would be annoyed as the game is rather easy to me.These guys can't please everyone why is it adult game doesn't really need to be said it not just about the sex scenes. Only thing i don't like they haven't patched 360 version.

You've been playing the nerfed version since release, then.

Can't speak for anywhere else, but the UK version's "18" rating lists the reason as "contains strong, bloody violence." so they clearly reckoned it warranted an adult rating with or without the sexual elements. Tbh i don't think the changes that the OP mentioned have made much differance. Some stuff became unintentionaly funny, but I don't see what's so titilating about polygonal breasts to begin with...
