I installed the blood dragon armour and shale on the computer, they both show on my bioware account that they have been installed however when i go onto the playstation i got the armour but not the shale and when i reached a subquest where you get the shale it logged into the playstation store and said i had to pay for it. when i try to download it on the playstation the code is invalid. I sent an email to customer support but it's been 5 days and they haven't written back
Please tell me how to fix it

I called them and they cleared problem up within 10 minutes.

I had the same problem mate I went onto EA and went onto thier live chat, the person helped me out in 10 mins.

I can find the EA suport site and have send an email....still "unresolved"...so where is the support chat?
