EDIT: In case anyone has simmilar issues. Under Origin info I right clicked on from ashes and selected check for updates. Origin redownloaded the DLC and when I logged back in game it was availible.


It appears as if I have somehow messed up my code redemption for the Collectors Edition and the "From Ashes" DLC.

Under my Account on this site for "Your registered game content" I have teh following listed:
Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack
From Ashes
Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition)

Under Origin from the info button I have the following:
From Ashes
Mass Effect 3 Sound Track
N7 Collector's Edition Materials

However when I start the game after it connects to the EA Servers I recieve the following message:
"Unable to authorize the following DLC. Please log into the Aliance Database with the account used to purchase this DLC. From Ashes"

I have started a multiplayer match and the user name given there is the same account ID for both origin and BSN.

The only thought I have is when I started the system it asked me to log into the EA server and I entered the promo code again using my email instead of the id (the email is linked to both BSN and origin)

Any clue on where I should go to sort this out?

As it stands I have no access to any of the collector's edition bonuses (no weapons, armor, or the pet) and no access to the DLC, which is rather annoying.
