I mostly play Bronze, and occasionally Silver when I'm feeling cocky. I know my limitations. My 62 year old hands and eyes aren't what they used to be. So today I decided to try a Gold game for the first time in an effort to win a commendation pack. So I end up in a lobby with popemasterx7, DMNz I Decimas and TrUnKz07.  I don't have a mic. Nobody kicks me. (I'm playing an Asari Adept with Carnifex, because I can throw powers easier than aiming a gun). We go thru Firebase Ghost against Cerberus. It was a thrill-a-minute for me! I died several times and was rezzed every time. I even managed to rez them a couple times, although I'm sure I wasn't a lot of help. But I threw as hard and often as I could. We made it to full extraction. What a thrill!! Nobody kicked me when we got back to the lobby. I won't play Gold again anytime soon, but I really appreciate these 3 guys carrying me thru and giving me an opportunity to participate in Operation Silencer on the Gold level. I'll keep killing Banshees from the Bronze level where I belong the rest of the weekend. Thanks again guys!

Take this and run with it. Gold is intimidating, but you get adjusted. I love my AA, too. And it's a great choice for a methodical strat. Cover, powers.. pick your shots.

Glad you had a great experience. MP does have its moments sometimes.

Also, even if you might have gotten 4th or 3rd, you still helped your team by setting up Biotic Explosions, AAs are always invaluable to a Gold team.

Depending on what other classes you play as, the Commendation pack could be a really nice asset to your arsenal.
